3. User Accounts

To post or manage ads, users must create an account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Not impersonate any person or entity.

laabeta.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Posting Ads

When posting an ad, you agree that your content:

  • Does not contain offensive, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Does not include prohibited items (see Section 5).

We may edit, hide, or delete any ad that violates these rules.

You are strictly prohibited from posting or promoting:

  • Illegal drugs, chemicals, or controlled substances
  • Stolen goods
  • Pornographic or adult content
  • Counterfeit or replica items
  • Wildlife products prohibited by law
  • Fake documents, IDs, or certificates

Prohibited Activities

  • Scams or fraud
  • Misleading information
  • Spam or repeated posting
  • Posting ads for others without permission
  • Using bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools

6. Payments & Premium Features

laabeta.com may offer paid services such as:

Payments made on laabeta.com:

  • Are non-refundable, except in rare cases of technical errors.
  • Must be made using authorized payment methods.

laabeta.com does not guarantee sales or responses to promoted ads.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree that:

  • All communication with buyers/sellers will be respectful and lawful.
  • laabeta.com is not responsible for any transactions.
  • You must verify the authenticity of buyers/sellers before payment.
  • You will not share harmful or misleading information.

We strongly recommend:

  • Meeting in public places,
  • Checking product condition before paying,
  • Avoiding advance payments to unknown users.

8. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or block accounts,
  • Change fees or service charges,
  • Update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Users retain the rights to their posted content but grant laabeta.com a license to display, store, and distribute it on the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
